TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "BLACK CARDS" 2025 PROMOTION
The Owners' Community of the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered office at C/ Jade nº2, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, with Tax ID number H-54722673, is organising the "BLACK CARDS 2025" promotion.
This promotion is aimed at customers who, on November 28 and 29, 2025, visit the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, are members of the Loyalty Club or the Employees' Club, and present a purchase receipt with a minimum value of €50, or a set of receipts that add up to that amount or more.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate in the promotion, it is an essential requirement to be or become a member of the Loyalty Club or the Employees' Club.
The promotion will take place on November 28, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on November 29, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the Promotion Stand.
a. Receipts from November 28, 2025, can only be used on November 28, 2025.
b. Receipts from November 29, 2025, can only be used on November 29, 2025.
c. Receipts from any other day cannot be used to participate.
The receipts will be stamped and cannot be used for other promotions or on another day.
The customer may then choose one of the promotion envelopes.
Inside each envelope is a gift card to be used in one of the Zenia Boulevard stores. The value of each card will be a secret until the customers open their winning envelope.
Only one participation per member, per day, is allowed.
In total, 340 gift cards will be distributed over the two days, on a first-come, first-served basis until stocks last. Once stocks are exhausted, participation will not be possible until the next day.
a. On November 28, 240 gift cards will be distributed until stocks last.
b. On November 29, 100 gift cards will be distributed until stocks last.
After the promotion ends, starting on December 2, a €150 gift card will be raffled among all those who participated in the promotion.
The raffle winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winner will have a period of 2 weeks to collect their gift card. After this period, the prize will be forfeited.
The customer cannot exchange the gift for another gift.
Participants must be over 18 years of age.
PRIZES – BLACK CARDS
A total of €3,150 in prizes will be distributed, as follows:
a. 166 cards of €5
b. 150 cards of €10
c. 20 cards of €15
d. 4 cards of €30
e. 2 cards of €50
f. 1 card of €150
g. Special Raffle: 1 card of €150
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Any participant who does not meet the participation requirements in an honest and truthful manner will be disqualified.
Any sign of fraud or improper behaviour will lead to the participant's disqualification by the Shopping Centre.
Participants who do not agree to assign their image rights to the shopping centre will be disqualified.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or the promotion dates at any time.
The Promotion will last until the gift cards are out of stock.
The shopping centre reserves the right to replace the gifts with others it deems appropriate.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND ESSENTIAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Consequently, any indication of non-acceptance will result in the participant's exclusion, and therefore, Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will be released from any obligation it may have undertaken with the participant.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify the conditions or terms of this promotion at any time, including its possible cancellation before the campaign closing date, provided there are justified reasons.
By participating, the participant authorises the Owners' Community of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their name, surname, and image on the Shopping Centre's website, on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or other social networks, without this use granting them any right to remuneration or benefit, except for the delivery of the prize won.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
No data other than that already existing as members of the ZENIA CLUB APP will be collected for this promotion, taking into account the following details regarding the protection of personal data:

Purpose of Processing:
a) Management of participants registered in the centre's promotions, contests, and events.
b) The allocation, communication, and delivery of the prize.
c) Sending offers, promotions, and newsletters from the centre, provided the participant has given their consent.
d) Taking images for internal use.
e) Publication of data (including images) on the Centre's website, as well as on Facebook and/or other social networks and other external media, provided the participant has given their consent.
Legal Basis for Processing: The data subject's consent.
Data Disclosure: Data will not be disclosed to third parties. Those providers who provide us with a service as data processors and with whom we have signed the corresponding contracts may have access to your data.
Data Retention: Data will be retained until the data subject requests to unsubscribe as a member of the ZENIA CLUB APP. If the data subject has given consent for the sending of commercial communications and/or the publication of images, the data will be retained until they request to unsubscribe or the data is no longer of interest to the centre.
Rights of the Data Subject: - Right to withdraw consent at any time. - Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data and to the restriction or objection to its processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated data processing. - Right to file a claim with the Spanish supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify the conditions or terms of this promotion and/or raffle at any time, including its possible cancellation before the campaign closing date, provided there are justified reasons.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is free to declare the promotion void.
Participants declare that they have a good social image and behaviour and will continue to maintain it. Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre may withdraw all publicity featuring the winner in case of misconduct or a poor image of the participant.
