The adoption of our methodology has marked a before and after in the shopping center's management. We have an integrated management system for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and ethical and socially responsible management.

In 2022, Zenia Boulevard became the first shopping center in Spain to receive the coveted "S for Tourism Sustainability," an award that highlights its commitment to the future. And it didn't stop there. The center became the second to obtain the prestigious "Q for Tourism Quality," a recognition that ensures every experience here is top-tier.

BREEAM© ES In-Use V6:
maximum international distinction
The center has achieved an "Exceptional" rating in BREEAM® ES In-Use V6 Commercial in both the Asset Performance and Building Management categories, achieving the maximum five-star distinction.
This result places Zenia Boulevard within the 2% of assets with the highest environmental excellence according to one of the most prestigious international sustainability standards.
Furthermore, we have obtained the Exceptional rating in Management for the fourth consecutive time since 2016, consolidating the strength and continuity of our operational sustainability model.
Our commitment is reflected in real actions: LED lighting, a photovoltaic plant that covers more than 30% of consumption, and advanced measures to optimize water and energy use.
