The adoption of our methodology has marked a turning point in the management of the shopping center. We have an integrated management system for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and ethical and socially responsible management.
In 2022, Zenia Boulevard became the first shopping center in Spain to receive the coveted S for Sustainable Tourism, an award that highlights its commitment to the future. And it didn't stop there. The center became the second to earn the prestigious Q for Tourism Quality, a recognition that ensures that every experience here is top-notch.
It renewed its ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, consolidating its reputation as a leader in quality and sustainability. And to top it all off, the center received a BREEAM rating of Outstanding for Management and Excellent for Construction, a feat that reveals the grandeur and commitment behind every corner of this iconic destination.

The secret behind this success lies in its commitment to efficiency. Zenia Boulevard has optimized its energy consumption with LED lighting and a photovoltaic plant that covers more than 30% of its demand. It has also implemented advanced water-saving measures, demonstrating that every detail counts on its journey toward sustainability.
