COSPLAY CONTEST RULES – GEEK PRIDE DAY 2026
The Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered address at C/ Jade nº2, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, and tax ID H-54722673, organizes the COSPLAY CONTEST on the occasion of GEEK PRIDE DAY 2026.
The contest is open to customers who have previously registered until May 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., by sending an email to contacto@zeniaboulevard.es or in person at the Information Point of the shopping centre, and who attend on May 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre dressed in cosplay.
Cosplay is understood as dressing up and portraying a fictional character. Costumes must be based on existing characters from modern literature (comics, manga, fantasy novels, etc.), films and/or video games, and original adaptations or versions of these characters are also allowed.
Contest mechanics:
- Participation may be individual, in pairs or in groups.
- Participants must register until May 22:
i. Online, by sending an email to: contacto@zeniaboulevard.es
ii. In person, at the shopping centre Information Point

i. Full name
ii. Email
iii. Contact phone number
iv. Character to be portrayed
v. Reference image of the character
vi. Presentation song
The registration period will be from April 20 to May 22, 2026, until 11:59 p.m.
Participants must appear in costume on May 23, 2026, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., at the registration desk located next to the stage.
Minors must provide authorization signed by parents or legal guardians.
- From 7:00 p.m., participants will go on stage following the assigned order indicated on a numbered ticket, where they will showcase their costume to the public and the jury. They may optionally perform a short act of up to 2 minutes related to their character.
- The jury appointed by Zenia Boulevard, located in front of the stage, will evaluate participants and determine the winners.
- After deliberation, the jury will hand the presenter a sealed envelope with the winners’ names.
- Once the contest ends, participants will line up according to their number to parade through the shopping centre.
Prizes:
First prize: €300
Second prize: €150
Third prize: €50
All prizes will be awarded as Zenia Boulevard gift cards, not redeemable for cash or other products.
Disqualifications:
Not appearing at the scheduled time.
Not complying honestly with participation requirements.
Any indication of fraud or inappropriate behavior.
Refusal to grant image rights.
Other considerations:
Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to modify these rules, dates or conditions when necessary.
The shopping centre reserves the right to replace prizes with others of equal or greater value.
If fewer than 10 participants register or attend, the contest may be cancelled.
Jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for justified reasons.
Participants authorize Zenia Boulevard to publish their full name on the website and social media without compensation, except for the prize obtained.

Purpose: management of participants, prize delivery, sending promotions (with consent), image capture and publication (with consent).
Legal basis: consent.
Data sharing: no data will be shared with third parties except service providers.
Data retention: until prize delivery or withdrawal of consent.
Rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation, objection and complaint to www.aepd.es.
