LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ZENIA’S TALENT SHOW
The Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre Owners’ Association, with registered address at C/ Jade nº 2, Orihuela Costa, 03189 (Alicante), Spain, VAT Number H-54722673, hereby organises the third edition of the competition “ZENIA’S TALENT SHOW”.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The competition is open to participants aged 16 and over. In the case of minors, written authorisation signed by a parent or legal guardian will be mandatory.
Participation may be:
a. Individual
b. Group performances (musical formations)
In order to ensure the proper development of the event and due to the technical limitations of the venue (setup, changeover times, instrument availability, and sound logistics), bands or large groups will not be allowed to participate.
- The registration period will run from May 10th to June 3rd, 2025.
- Registrations must be submitted by email to: contacto@zeniaboulevard.es
COMPETITION MECHANICS
- To participate, candidates must send an email including the following:
a. A video performing a song (maximum 3 minutes)
b. An introduction video (maximum 1 minute) Mandatory information:
a. Full name
b. Age
c. Telephone number
d. Email address
In the case of minors, authorisation from a legal guardian must also be attached.
- Submitting an application implies:
a. Acceptance of these terms and conditions
b. Acceptance of the data protection policy - Selected participants performing at the event:
a. Will grant image rights to Zenia Boulevard
b. Will authorise the use of photos and videos on the website, social media channels, and promotional campaigns
SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS
- The shopping centre will carry out an internal pre-selection process among all registered applicants.
- Selected candidates will be informed by:
a. Email
b. Telephone - Finalists must perform live on the date established by the shopping centre.
EVENT DEVELOPMENT
- Finalists will have a maximum performance time of 5 minutes.
- Each participant must provide:
a. Music
b. Instruments
c. Props (if required) - Zenia Boulevard will provide:
a. Microphone
b. Sound technician - A jury appointed by the shopping centre will select:
a. First prize
b. Second prize
c. Third prize
PRIZES
First Prize
- €300 gift card
- 3-month singing course
- Professional recording of one song (valued at €800)

Third Prize
DISQUALIFICATIONS
- Grounds for disqualification include:
a. Failure to comply with the requirements established in these terms and conditions
b. Providing false or incomplete information
c. Any fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour
d. Refusal to grant image rights
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
- Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to:
a. Modify these terms and conditions
b. Change the competition dates
c. Cancel the event for justified reasons
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ESSENTIAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Consequently, any declaration of non-acceptance shall result in the participant’s exclusion, and Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre shall be released from any obligation that may have been contracted with the participant.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify at any time the conditions or rules of this competition, including its possible cancellation before the campaign closing date, provided there are justified reasons.
For the purposes of documenting the competition, participants authorise the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre Owners’ Association to publish their full name on the Centre’s website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or other social media platforms, without this use conferring any right to remuneration or benefit other than the prize won.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
Data Controller:
ZENIA BOULEVARD SHOPPING CENTRE OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION.
Purpose of Data Processing:
a) Management of participants registered in the shopping centre’s promotions, competitions and events.
b) Allocation, communication and delivery of prizes.
c) Sending offers, promotions and newsletters from the shopping centre through any multichannel means (email, SMS, postal mail, etc.), provided the participant has given consent.
d) Taking photographs and videos for internal use.
e) Publication of data (including images) on the Centre’s website, Facebook and/or other social media platforms and external communication channels, provided the participant has given consent.
Legal Basis:
Consent of the data subject.
Data Sharing:
Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
However, service providers acting as data processors may have access to personal data under the corresponding contractual agreements.
Data Retention:
Data will be retained until the prize has been delivered. If the participant has consented to commercial communications and/or image publication, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer relevant to the shopping centre.
Rights of the Data Subject:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of personal data, as well as restriction or objection to processing.
- Right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) if the processing is considered not to comply with current regulations.

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to declare the competition void.
Participants declare that they maintain a good public image and appropriate social behaviour. Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre may withdraw any advertising material featuring the winner in the event of inappropriate conduct or damage to the participant’s public image.
