“FATHER’S DAY 2026” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered address at C/ Jade nº2, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, with tax ID number H-54722673, organizes the promotion “FATHER’S DAY 2026”.
This promotion is aimed at customers who, between March 14 and March 19, 2026, visit Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and present at the Customer Service Point a purchase receipt of at least €50, or a combination of receipts that add up to that amount or more.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
By presenting one or more receipts from establishments located in Zenia Boulevard, for a minimum amount of €50, dated between March 14 and March 19.
Receipts will be stamped and may not be used in other promotions. Each validated receipt will entitle the participant to one entry in the draw.
Participants may enter as many times as they wish; the more entries submitted, the greater the chances of winning.
PRIZE
ONE (1) €250 Gift Card will be raffled to give to dad. There will be a single winner.
DRAW CONDITIONS
The draw will take place once the promotion has ended.
Zenia Boulevard will contact the winner using the details provided by the participant.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours from the first contact attempt, a new draw will be carried out.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participants must be over 18 years old.
Receipts must correspond to purchases made in establishments within the shopping centre.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the promotion if necessary for justified reasons.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Any indication of fraud, manipulation, or breach of these terms will result in immediate disqualification.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any declaration of non-acceptance will result in the participant’s exclusion, and therefore Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will be released from any obligation it may have incurred with the participant.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify the conditions or rules of this draw at any time, including its possible cancellation before the campaign closing date, provided that justified reasons exist.
In order to document the contest, the participant authorizes the Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their name, surname and image on the Centre’s website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or other social networks, without such use granting them any right to remuneration or benefit other than the delivery of the prize won.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
To participate in this promotion, no data other than those already existing as members of the APP CLUB ZENIA will be collected, taking into account the following information regarding personal data protection.
Data Controller: CDAD. PROP. C. C. ZENIA BOULEVARD.
Purpose of processing:
a) Management of participants registered in the centre’s promotions, contests and events.
b) Assignment, communication and delivery of the prize.
c) Sending offers, promotions and newsletters from the centre, provided the participant has given their consent.
d) Taking images for internal use.
e) Publication of data (including images) on the Centre’s website, as well as on Facebook and/or other social networks and other external media, provided the participant has given their consent.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject.
Data sharing: Data will not be shared with third parties. Service providers acting as data processors may have access to the data, with whom the appropriate contracts have been signed.
Data retention: Data will be retained until the interested party requests to unsubscribe as a member of the APP CLUB ZENIA. If the participant has consented to commercial communications and/or the publication of images, the data will be retained until they withdraw consent or until they are no longer of interest to the centre.
Rights of the data subject: Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of data and to restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. Right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) if the processing does not comply with current regulations.

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre may declare the promotion void.
Participants declare that they maintain a good public image and social behaviour. Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre may withdraw any advertising in which the winner appears in the event of misconduct or damage to the participant’s public image.
