On September 26, Zenia Boulevard will bring its anniversary celebrations to a spectacular close with a grand party packed with music, dancing, entertainment and surprises.

Enjoy a special session with DJ Nono and his dancers, as well as a wide range of activities for the whole family. Throughout the event, there will be a marching brass band, roaming stilt walkers, glitter face painting, and of course, plenty of prizes and giveaways.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE “ZENIA BOULEVARD 14TH ANNIVERSARY” PROMOTION

The Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is organizing the “Zenia Boulevard 14th Anniversary” Promotion.

The promotion is open to customers who, between 12 and 27 September 2026, present purchase receipts from stores within the shopping centre for a minimum accumulated amount of €50, issued during the promotional period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS

To participate, customers must complete a form providing their full name, gender, date of birth, postcode, telephone number, and email address. Failure to provide any of the required information will make participation impossible.
The information provided may be used to manage the promotion and, where express consent has been given, to send information regarding future Zenia Boulevard campaigns and promotions.
The promotion will take place from 12 to 27 September 2026 at the Zenia Boulevard Information Point during normal opening hours. On Saturdays 12, 19 and 26 September, participation will also be available at the promotional stand from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Customers must present one or more purchase receipts with a minimum accumulated value of €50.
Staff will stamp the receipts and randomly provide a winning scratch card.
Participants will receive the prize indicated on the scratch card.
Stamped receipts may not be used again in this or any other simultaneous promotion.
Only one participation per person per day will be permitted.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or for cash.

DISQUALIFICATIONS

Any participant who does not comply honestly and truthfully with the participation requirements will be disqualified.
Any indication of fraud or improper conduct will result in disqualification by the Shopping Centre.
Participants who do not agree to grant image rights to the Shopping Centre will be disqualified.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or the promotion dates at any time.
The promotion will remain valid while stocks of gifts last.
The Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute prizes with others it considers appropriate.

GENERAL TERMS AND ESSENTIAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any declaration of non-acceptance will result in the participant's exclusion and release Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre from any obligation towards that participant.

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, including cancelling the promotion before the campaign closing date where justified reasons exist.

For promotional purposes, participants authorize the Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their name, surname and image on the Shopping Centre website, Facebook, Instagram and/or other social media channels, without any entitlement to remuneration or compensation other than the prize awarded.

Purpose of Processing

a) Management of participants registered in shopping centre promotions, competitions and events.

b) Allocation, communication and delivery of prizes.

c) Sending offers, promotions and newsletters through any communication channel (email, SMS, postal mail, etc.), provided the participant has given consent.

d) Taking photographs for internal use.

e) Publication of data (including images) on the Shopping Centre website, Facebook, other social media channels and external communication media, provided the participant has given consent.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Data may be accessed by service providers acting as data processors, with whom the appropriate processing agreements have been signed.

Data Retention

Data will be retained until the prize has been delivered. If the participant has consented to commercial communications and/or publication of images, the data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer relevant to the Shopping Centre.
