Do you know what prenatal aromatherapy is? Prenatal aromatherapy is a practice that uses essential oils to improve the physical and emotional well-being of pregnant women. During pregnancy, many women seek natural and non-invasive methods to relieve common discomforts such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, back pain, and nausea.
At the free workshop offered by the Elephant Mom Association on Saturday, May 18th, they will provide an introduction to prenatal aromatherapy from 5 PM to 7 PM at the Culture Corner in the Alcampo Gallery.
