RULES FOR THE “III EDITION - DANCE MARATHON” PROMOTION
The Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre Owners Association, with registered office at C/ Jade nº2, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, with CIF H-54722673, organizes the event “ III EDITION DANCE MARATHON”.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
· The 2nd Zenia Boulevard Dance Marathon will take place in the Plaza Mayor of the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre on Saturday, March 28th from 12:00 to 20:00 h.
· It is an endurance marathon of dancing for 8 hours and in case of a tie or several finalists a draw will be made among those who have danced from 12:00 to 20:00.
· This regulation defines and clarifies the conditions under which the activity called “III EDITION - DANCE MARATHON” is governed and what is stated here is mandatory for participants and others involved.
· It is understood that every person, by deciding to participate in the activity, knows and accepts the conditions and limitations established in this document, which will be published on the Zenia Boulevard website.
· Any violation or disregard of the rules and/or procedures or systems established for the event in question will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant and/or the revocation of the prize.
· Sign up for the Dance Marathon from February 19, 2026 to March 27, 2026.
· Registration can be done through a form on our website.
· You can also register, exceptionally, on March 28th, before 11am, but you may not get a place if the registration limit of 200 participants is exceeded.
· Registration is free.
· The dance competition is open to the general public who meet the following requirements:
1. The participant must be over 18 years of age or, if between 16 and 17 years of age, present an authorization signed by their legal guardian, indicating the name and ID of both the participant and the guardian.
2. Dance styles, all rhythms.
3. To register, participating members must provide all their personal information:

§ Email
4. Individuals with any illness, injury, disability, or condition that impairs their physical well-being, as well as those under the influence of alcohol and/or psychoactive substances, are not eligible to participate. Concealing such information is the sole responsibility of the registered participant; therefore, the Shopping Center is exempt from any liability.
5. Participants, companions and/or family members of each dance couple will not receive any remuneration from the organizer for their support, as participation is voluntary.
6. Those registered must be present for their participation on Saturday, March 28, 2026, before 11:30 a.m. in the Plaza Mayor of the Shopping Center and/or in the place indicated by the administration to collect their bib number.
7. The competition number must be placed in a visible location and attached to the participant's clothing with safety pins.
8. Those who have previously registered must attend the meeting on the day and time announced; their absence or delay will result in disqualification.
9. Clothing will be at your discretion, comfortable, appropriate to the activity, and maintaining proper decorum.
10. Each participant must bring their own hydration and food.
11. The Marathon will begin at 12:00 pm on March 28, 2026 (allowing for a 10-minute delay).
12. Participants must be wearing their race numbers and be inside the designated marathon area.
13. From the moment the competition begins, no new registrations will be accepted, nor will the participation of previously registered people who have not arrived on time.
14. Participation in the dance marathon will have a minimum duration of half an hour and a maximum of 8 continuous hours.
15. There will be a 5-minute break every hour to allow for relaxation exercises, eating, drinking, or going to the toilet.
16. If any of the participants, during the activity, stops dancing or withdraws, they will be automatically disqualified, without the right to any compensation, claim or payment.
17. The dancing must be constant, visible, and adapted to the music that the DJ plays at each moment.
18. Not a single foot, hand or head may be moved in a way that simulates dancing.
19. Our dancers/judges who will be watching the contestants on the dance floor may decide to disqualify a contestant if it is considered, by consensus, that they are not moving their body enough to be considered "dancing," and the contestant will not be able to complain or protest.
20. The participants will be evaluated by the dancers/judges and their decision is absolute and final.
21. The jury will evaluate the criteria in accordance with what has been stipulated with the organizer.
22. Companions will not be allowed inside the competition area, and if you need anything from the companion (water, handkerchief, nuts) you must approach him from the fence that delimits the dance area and of course never stop dancing or you will be disqualified.
23. At least 30 people must register in order to hold the competition; otherwise, the activity will be discarded and/or cancelled, without any right to compensation, either partial or total.
24. A maximum of 200 participants are accepted. Once this number of registrations is reached, registration will close.
25. In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, the competition will be suspended or postponed, without any right to compensation, either partial or total.
26. Once the marathon time is over, at 8pm the music will stop and those contestants who have danced for more than 8 hours will be eligible for the prize.
27. In the event that there is more than one finalist, a draw will be held between them, by placing their bib numbers in an urn and an "innocent hand" will draw the winner's number.
28. Participants must sign an image rights assignment document.
PRIZE
1. The prize will be a €1,000 Zenia Boulevard Gift Card.
2. If at the end of the 8 hours there are 2 or more contestants still dancing, the €1,000 will be raffled among the remaining participants in the competition.
3. The prize will be delivered in Zenia Boulevard Gift Cards.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
1. All participants who do not meet the participation requirements honestly and truthfully will be disqualified.
2. Any indication of fraud or improper behavior will result in the Shopping Center disqualifying the participant.
3. That they do not agree to cede their image rights to the shopping center.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
4. Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or the promotion dates at any time.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND ESSENTIAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety; consequently, any expression of non-acceptance of them will result in the exclusion of the participant and, therefore, the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will be released from any obligation that it may have contracted with the participant.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify the conditions or rules of this raffle at any time, including its possible cancellation before the closing date of the campaign, provided there are justified reasons.
By participating in the contest, the participant authorizes the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre Owners Association to publish their name and surname on the Centre's website, on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or other social networks, without such use conferring any right
