TERMS AND CONDITIONS “VALENTINE'S DAY 2026” PROMOTION
The Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center, located at C/ Jade nº 2, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, with CIF H-54722673, organizes the online contest “Yes, I do... at Zenia,” in celebration of Valentine's Day.
1. PARTICIPANTS
Individuals over 18 years old who wish to propose marriage to their partner and participate in the contest according to the mechanics described in these terms are eligible.
2. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
- Participation in the contest is exclusively online.
- To participate, interested parties must send an email to zeniainlove2026@gmail.com, telling their story and their intention to propose marriage.
- The participation period will remain open until February 4, 2026, inclusive.
- Among all applications received within the established period, Zenia Boulevard will select one or more proposals based on their own criteria, considering creative, emotional, and feasibility factors.
3. SELECTION AND COMMUNICATION
- The selection will be discretionary and not subject to appeal.
- Zenia Boulevard will contact only the selected person through the provided details.
- If no response is received within 48 hours from the first contact attempt, Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to select another candidate.
4. PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
- Zenia Boulevard will collaborate in organizing the marriage proposal within the shopping center.
- The format, location, date, time, duration, and elements of the experience will be defined exclusively by Zenia Boulevard, based on organizational, technical, safety, and operational criteria.
- The action does not include monetary compensation or any expenses not expressly agreed upon in writing.
- Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to modify, adapt, or cancel the experience for organizational, technical, safety, or force majeure reasons.
5. PRIZE / EXPERIENCE
- The experience will consist of organizing a special marriage proposal within Zenia Boulevard, with surprise elements defined by the shopping center.
- The experience is non-exchangeable for money and non-transferable to third parties.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Participation in the contest is free of charge.
- Zenia Boulevard is not responsible for unmet personal expectations arising from the experience nor guarantees a specific outcome for the proposal.
7. DISQUALIFICATIONS
Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the requirements, provides false information, or acts fraudulently or contrary to the spirit of the contest.
8. IMAGE RIGHTS
Participation involves the express assignment of image rights, authorizing Zenia Boulevard to capture and use images and/or videos of the event for promotional and communication purposes, without entitlement to any compensation.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable law and used solely for the management of this contest.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND ACCEPTANCE
- Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the contest if the circumstances require.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms in their entirety. Therefore, any declaration of non-acceptance will result in the participant's exclusion, and Zenia Boulevard will be relieved from any obligation towards the participant.
Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to modify the conditions or terms of this draw, including its possible cancellation, if justified reasons exist.
The participant authorizes the Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center to publish their name, surname, and image on the Center's website, social media, and other media, without granting any right to remuneration, except for the delivery of the prize won.

To participate in this promotion, no data other than those already collected as members of the CLUB ZENIA APP will be collected. The following details the protection of personal data:

Purpose of processing:
- Management of participants enrolled in the promotions, contests, and events of the center.
- Assignment, communication, and delivery of the prize.

- Publishing data (including images) on the Center's website, as well as on Facebook and/or other social networks and external media, provided the participant has consented.
Legitimacy of processing: Consent of the interested party.
Data communication: No data will be communicated to third parties.
Only service providers acting as data processors with whom we have signed contracts will have access to your data.
Data retention: Data will be retained until the participant requests to unsubscribe from the CLUB ZENIA APP. If the participant has consented to receiving commercial communications and/or image publication, the data will be retained until the participant requests unsubscribing or if these data are no longer relevant to the center.
Rights of the interested party: - Right to withdraw consent at any time. - Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, as well as to limit or oppose its processing, and to not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of their data. - Right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) if the processing does not comply with current regulations.

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center reserves the right to modify these terms or conditions of the present promotion and/or draw, including its possible cancellation before the campaign closing date, if justified reasons exist.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center is free to declare the promotion void.
Participants declare they maintain a good image and social behavior, and agree to continue doing so. Zenia Boulevard may withdraw any advertising in which the winner appears in case of bad conduct or image issues of the participant.
