TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE “ZENIA BOULEVARD 14TH ANNIVERSARY” PROMOTION
The Community of Property Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is organizing the "Zenia Boulevard 14th Anniversary" promotion. The promotion is aimed at customers who, between 12 and 27 September 2026, present purchase receipts totaling a minimum accumulated amount of €50, issued by establishments within the shopping centre during the promotional period.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
- To participate, you must be or become a member of the Zenia Boulevard Loyalty Club.
- The information provided may be used for the management of the promotion and, where express consent has been given, for sending information about future Zenia Boulevard campaigns and promotions.
- The promotion will take place from 12 to 27 September 2026 at the Zenia Boulevard Information Point during regular opening hours. On Saturdays, 12, 19 and 26 September, participation will also be available at the promotional stand from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Customers must present one or more receipts with a minimum accumulated value of €50.
- Staff will stamp the receipts and randomly provide a winning scratch card.
- Participants will receive the prize indicated on the scratch card.
- Stamped receipts may not be used again for this or any other simultaneous promotion.
- Only one participation per person per day will be allowed.
- Prizes may not be exchanged for other products or redeemed for cash.

DISQUALIFICATIONS
- Any participant who does not honestly and truthfully meet the participation requirements will be disqualified.
- Any indication of fraud or improper conduct will result in disqualification by the Shopping Centre.
- Participants who do not agree to grant image rights to the Shopping Centre will be disqualified.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
- Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or modify the promotion dates at any time.
- The promotion will continue while stocks of prizes last.
- The Shopping Centre reserves the right to replace prizes with others of similar value at its discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND MANDATORY PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Consequently, any declaration of non-acceptance will result in the participant’s exclusion, and Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre shall be released from any obligation it may have assumed towards the participant.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify, at any time, the conditions or rules of this promotion, including its cancellation prior to the campaign closing date, provided there are justified reasons for doing so.
By participating, and for promotional purposes, participants authorize the Community of Property Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their full name and image on the Shopping Centre's website, Facebook, Instagram and/or other social media platforms, without entitlement to any remuneration or benefit other than the prize won.

a) Management of participants registered in promotions, competitions and events organized by the shopping centre.

e) Publication of participants’ data (including images) on the Shopping Centre’s website, Facebook and/or other social media platforms and external communication channels, provided the participant has given consent.

Data Disclosure
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties.
Service providers acting as data processors and with whom appropriate processing agreements have been signed may have access to personal data where necessary for the provision of their services.
Data Retention
Data will be retained until the prize has been delivered.
If the participant has consented to receive commercial communications and/or the publication of images, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer considered relevant to the Shopping Centre.

Participants have the right to:
- Withdraw their consent at any time.
- Access, rectify, transfer and delete their personal data.
- Restrict or object to the processing of their personal data.
- Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable regulations.

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to declare the promotion void.
Participants declare that they maintain an appropriate public image and social conduct. Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre may withdraw any advertising or promotional material featuring a winner should the participant’s conduct or image be considered damaging to the Shopping Centre.
