PROMOTION RULES “THE SWEETEST GIFT”
The Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre organizes the promotion “The Sweetest Gift”.
Customers may participate in the promotion on November 7, 2026, by presenting purchase receipts issued by stores within the shopping centre on the same day, with a minimum accumulated value of €50.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
• To participate, customers must complete a form providing their first name, surname, gender, date of birth, postcode, telephone number, and email address. Failure to provide any of the required information will make participation impossible.
• The information provided may be used to manage the promotion and, where express consent is granted, to send information about future campaigns and promotions at Zenia Boulevard.
• The promotion will take place on November 7, 2026, at the designated stand on Mediterráneo Avenue, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Customers must present one or more receipts with a minimum accumulated value of €50.
• Staff will stamp the receipts and randomly hand out a winning scratch card.
• Participants will receive the prize indicated on the scratch card.
• Stamped receipts may not be reused for this or any other simultaneous promotion.
• Only one participation per person per day will be allowed.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or for cash.
PRIZES
• 50 jars of pure honey.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Any participant who does not meet the participation requirements honestly and truthfully will be disqualified.
Any indication of fraud or improper behaviour will result in disqualification by the Shopping Centre.
Participants who do not agree to assign image rights to the Shopping Centre will be disqualified.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify these rules or the promotion dates at any time.
The promotion will remain valid while gift stocks last.
The Shopping Centre reserves the right to replace the gifts with alternative gifts if deemed appropriate.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these rules. Any refusal to accept them will result in exclusion from the promotion, releasing Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre from any obligation towards the participant.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, including cancellation before the campaign closing date, where justified reasons exist.
For promotional purposes, participants authorize the Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their name, surname and image on the Shopping Centre website, Facebook, Instagram and/or other social media channels without entitling them to any compensation other than the prize won.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
Data Controller: Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre.
Purpose of Processing: a) Management of participants registered in promotions, contests and events organised by the shopping centre.
b) Allocation, communication and delivery of prizes.
c) Sending offers, promotions and newsletters through any communication channel (email, SMS, postal mail, etc.), provided consent has been given.
d) Taking photographs for internal use.
e) Publication of data (including images) on the shopping centre's website, social media channels and external media, where consent has been given.
Legal Basis: Consent of the data subject.
Data Sharing: Personal data will not be shared with third parties. Service providers acting as data processors may have access to the data under appropriate contractual arrangements.
Data Retention: Data will be retained until the prize has been delivered. Where consent has been granted for marketing communications or publication of images, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer relevant.
Rights: Participants may withdraw consent at any time and exercise their rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. Complaints may be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).
