TERMS & CONDITIONS – “GIFT CARD JANUARY 2026” PROMOTION
The Community of Property Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered address at C/ Jade nº2, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, CIF H‑54722673, is organising the promotion “GIFT CARD JANUARY 2026”.
This promotion is aimed at customers who visit Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre on 10 and 11 January 2026, are members of the Loyalty Club, and present a purchase receipt of at least €100, or multiple receipts that add up to that amount or more.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate in the promotion, it is an essential requirement to be or become a member of the Loyalty Club.
Participation will only be possible on 10 and 11 January 2026 at the promotion stand, from 12:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, by presenting:
a. Receipt(s) totaling a minimum of €100,
b. Dated 10 January in order to participate on the 10th,
c. Dated 11 January in order to participate on the 11th.
Receipts will be stamped and cannot be used in other promotions or on a different day.
The customer will receive a Zenia Boulevard Gift Card worth €50 for a ticket or set of tickets totaling at least €100, regardless of the total amount of the ticket(s) presented. Example: If the customer spends €150, they receive a €50 gift card; if they spend €650, they also receive a €50 gift card.
Only one participation per member per day is allowed.
A total of 550 Gift Cards will be distributed:
a. 350 on 10 January,
b. 200 on 11 January,
c. Total: 550 units.
The queue will close early to ensure that the last participant can access the stand before the closing time.
The promotion will end once all available units have been distributed, even if this occurs before the scheduled time.
The gift (Gift Card) is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for cash.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
The Gift Cards may only be used in the stores and establishments participating in the service within Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre.
An updated list of participating stores will be provided to each participant at the time of validation and will also be available on the official website:

Participation in the satisfaction survey linked to the promotion will be required so that Zenia Boulevard may gather useful information to improve its services.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Only purchase receipts issued by shops and restaurants located within Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will be accepted.
The following will not be accepted:
a. Duplicated, altered or illegible receipts,
b. Online purchase receipts or receipts issued outside the indicated dates,
c. Receipts from establishments outside the shopping centre.
- Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the receipts presented and to reject any that do not meet the conditions.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Any participant who does not meet the participation requirements honestly and truthfully will be disqualified.
Any indication of fraud or improper behaviour will result in disqualification by the Shopping Centre.
Participants who do not agree to assign their image rights to the Shopping Centre will be disqualified.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or the promotion dates at any time.
The promotion will remain active until all Gift Cards have been distributed.
The Shopping Centre reserves the right to replace the gifts with others it deems appropriate.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ESSENTIAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms. Any expression of non‑acceptance will result in the exclusion of the participant, and Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will be released from any obligation towards them.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify the conditions or these terms at any time, including the possibility of cancelling the promotion before its scheduled end date, provided there are justified reasons.
By participating, individuals authorise the Community of Property Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their name, surname and image on the Shopping Centre’s website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or other social networks, without this usage entitling them to any remuneration or benefit other than the delivery of the prize won.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
To participate in this promotion, no additional data will be collected beyond those already held as members of the CLUB ZENIA APP, taking into account the following regarding the protection of personal data:
Data Controller: CDAD. PROP. C.C. ZENIA BOULEVARD.
Purpose of processing:
a) Managing participants registered in the centre’s promotions, contests and events.
b) Allocation, communication and delivery of the prize.
c) Sending offers, promotions and newsletters from the centre, provided the participant has given consent.
d) Taking images for internal use.
e) Publishing data (including images) on the Shopping Centre’s website, Facebook and/or other social networks and external media, provided consent has been given.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject.
Data communication: No data will be shared with third parties except with processors providing services to the centre, with whom the appropriate agreements are in place.
Data retention:
Data will be kept until the data subject requests the deletion of their CLUB ZENIA APP membership.
If consent was given for commercial communications and/or image publication, data will be kept until withdrawal of consent or until they are no longer of interest to the centre.
Rights of the data subject:
– Right to withdraw consent at any time.
– Right of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction and objection to processing.
– Right not to be subject to automated decision-making.
– Right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with regulations.

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify the conditions or these terms at any time, including the possibility of cancelling the promotion or contest before its scheduled end date, provided there are justified reasons.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre may declare the promotion void.
Participants declare that they have a good public image and behaviour and agree to maintain it. The Shopping Centre may withdraw all publicity featuring the winner if inappropriate behaviour or image is demonstrated.
