TERMS & CONDITIONS – “VALENTINE’S 2026” PROMOTION
The Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered address at C/ Jade nº2, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, Spain, Tax ID (CIF) H-54722673, organizes the promotion “VALENTINE’S 2026”.
This promotion is aimed at customers who, on February 20 and 21, 2026, visit Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, are members of the Loyalty Club or Employees Club, and present a purchase receipt of a minimum of €50, or combined receipts totaling that amount or more.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate, it is essential to be or become a member of the Loyalty Club or Employees Club.
Participation will take place at the promotion stand on the following days:
February 20: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
February 21: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Participants must present receipt(s) from establishments located in Zenia Boulevard, with a minimum value of €50, dated between February 12 and February 21.
Receipts will be stamped and may not be used in other promotions.
Once the receipt has been validated, the customer may participate in the game “THE HEARTBEAT OF LOVE”, which consists solely of spinning the wheel.
The participant spins the wheel until a prize is awarded.
PRIZES
Voucher for coffee or tea for two
(Redeemable at: Café Olé, Terraza, Bombón Boss or Da Favola — depending on the voucher issued). Valid from February 15 to February 28.
Voucher for beer or soft drink for two
(Redeemable at: Tapas & Beer, Café Olé, Terraza and Lizarran — depending on the voucher issued). Valid from February 15 to February 28.
Voucher for tapas for two
(Redeemable at: Tapas & Beer, El Kiosko, Lizarran — depending on the voucher issued). Valid from February 15 to February 28.
FINAL DRAW – SPECIAL VALENTINE’S 2026 PRIZE
In addition to the instant prizes, all participants will enter a final draw. A total of 4 prizes will be awarded, each with one single winner. There will therefore be 4 different winners, one per prize.
Prizes:
A professional couple’s photoshoot inside the shopping centre (2 hours) + a €200 Gift Card to spend in Zenia Boulevard stores (1 winner)
One night accommodation with breakfast for two at Hotel La Laguna (1 winner)
A spa experience for two at Hotel La Laguna (1 winner)
A second spa experience for two at Hotel La Laguna (1 winner)
In total, 4 prizes will be raffled to 4 different individuals.
FINAL DRAW CONDITIONS
The draw will take place once the promotion has ended.
Zenia Boulevard will contact the winners using the contact details provided.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours from the first contact attempt, a new draw will be held among the eligible participants until the prize is correctly awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Only one participation per member per day will be allowed.
A total of 226 prizes will be awarded; the promotion will end once vouchers are exhausted.
The stand will close once prizes run out.
Prizes cannot be exchanged.
Participants must be over 18 years old.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Any participant who fails to meet the requirements honestly will be disqualified.
Any indication of fraud or improper behavior will result in disqualification.
Participants must accept the transfer of image rights in order to participate.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
To participate, no additional data will be collected beyond that already registered as APP CLUB ZENIA members.

Management of participants in promotions, contests and events.
Prize allocation, communication and delivery.
Sending offers and newsletters (subject to prior consent).
Taking images for internal use.
Publication of names and images on the website and social media (subject to consent).

Data retention: Data will be kept until the participant requests deregistration from APP CLUB ZENIA.
Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).
