The Owners' Association of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered office at C/ Jade No. 2, Orihuela Costa (03189, Alicante), Tax ID No. H-54722673, is organising the “THIS SUMMER COMES WITH A PRIZE” promotion. 1. TERRITORIAL SCOPE The promotion will take place at Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, located in Orihuela Costa (Alicante). 2. PROMOTION PERIOD □ Dates: From 18 July to 16 August 2026, both dates inclusive, or while prize stocks last. □ The activity will take place on Saturdays and Sundays at the promotion stand located in Plaza Mayor. □ Hours: Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS a. Be a member of, or register for, the Zenia Boulevard Loyalty Club. b. Present purchase receipts totalling €50 or more from establishments at Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre. c. The receipt must correspond to the week in which participation takes place. d. A maximum of one participation per person per day is permitted. 4. HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS a. Once membership of the Zenia Boulevard Loyalty Club has been verified and the purchase receipts have been presented, the receipts will be stamped by the promotion staff and may not be used again in this or any other promotion run by the shopping centre. b. Following validation, the participant may spin the wheel once and will receive the prize corresponding to the segment indicated when the wheel stops. c. Prizes: i. Toiletry bag ii. Beach bag iii. Beach paddle set iv. Pillow 5. PRIZE COLLECTION a. Prizes will be handed over immediately. They may not be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or compensated. 6. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS a. Employees of Zenia Boulevard and staff of establishments, stands or kiosks within the shopping centre are excluded from participating. 7. CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION a. The organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant who acts fraudulently, falsifies information or receipts, breaches these terms and conditions, or uses receipts belonging to third parties without authorisation. 8. LIABILITY a. The organiser accepts no liability for circumstances beyond its control that may affect the running of the promotion. 9. AMENDMENTS a. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, the prizes or the mechanics of the promotion for justified reasons. 10. TAXATION a. The prizes will be subject to the applicable tax regulations in force. 11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS a. Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND MANDATORY PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety. Consequently, any statement of non-acceptance will result in the participant being excluded and Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will therefore be released from any obligation it may have assumed towards the participant. Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend the conditions or terms and conditions of this competition at any time, including cancelling it before the campaign closing date, provided that there are justified reasons. For the purpose of documenting the competition, the participant authorises the Owners' Association of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their first name and surname on the Centre's website, on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or other social networks, without such use giving rise to any right to remuneration or benefit other than delivery of the prize won. Purposes of processing: a) Management of participants registered for the shopping centre's promotions, competitions and events. b) Allocation, notification and delivery of the prize. c) Sending offers, promotions and newsletters from the shopping centre through any multichannel medium (email, SMS, postal mail, etc.), provided that the participant has given their consent. d) Taking photographs for internal use. e) Publication of data (including images) on the Centre's website, as well as on Facebook and/or other social networks and external media, provided that the participant has given their consent. Legal basis for processing: Consent of the data subject. Disclosure of data: Data will not be disclosed to third parties. Service providers acting as data processors and with whom the corresponding contracts have been entered into may have access to the data. Data retention: The data will be retained until the prize has been delivered. If the data subject has consented to receiving commercial communications and/or the publication of images, the data will be retained until they request to unsubscribe or the data cease to be of interest to the shopping centre. Rights of the Data Subject: The right to withdraw consent at any time. The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and to restrict or object to its processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of their data. The right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.
