TERMS & CONDITIONS – “VALENTINE’S DAY 2026” PROMOTION
The Community of Property Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered address at C/ Jade No. 2, Orihuela Costa, 03189 Alicante, and tax ID number H-54722673, organises the “VALENTINE’S DAY 2026” promotion.
This promotion is aimed at customers who, on 12, 13 and 14 February 2026, visit Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, are members of the Loyalty Club or Employee Club, and present a purchase receipt for a minimum amount of €50, or a combination of receipts totalling that amount or more.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate, it is essential to be or become a member of the Loyalty Club or Employee Club.
Participation will take place at the promotion stand on the following days: 12 and 13 February from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 14 February from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Participants must present a receipt or receipts from stores located in Zenia Boulevard for a minimum value of €50, dated 12, 13 or 14 February.
Receipts will be stamped and may not be used for other promotions.
Once the receipt has been validated, the customer may take part in the game “THE HEARTBEAT OF LOVE”.
The participant will sit in the “love chair”.
The staff will place a heart rate monitor on the participant’s arm.
The participant will choose one of the following items: red weights, red hoop or red skipping rope.
Thinking about their loved one, the participant must stand up and perform exercises for one minute to increase their heart rate.
At the end of the minute, the heart rate figure will be recorded.
Depending on the result obtained, the participant will receive one of the prizes described below.
DAILY PRIZES ACCORDING TO HEART RATE
Up to 130 beats per minute: voucher for a coffee or tea for two (redeemable at Café Olé, Terraza, Bombón Boss or Da Favola, depending on the voucher provided). Valid from 15 to 28 February.
From 131 to 150 beats per minute: voucher for a beer or soft drink for two (redeemable at Tapas & Beer, Café Olé, Terraza and Lizarran, depending on the voucher provided). Valid from 15 to 28 February.
151 beats per minute or more: voucher for a tapa for two (redeemable at Tapas & Beer, El Kiosko, Lizarran, depending on the voucher provided). Valid from 15 to 28 February.
FINAL DRAW – SPECIAL VALENTINE’S DAY 2026 PRIZE
In addition to the instant prizes, all participants will be entered into a final draw. Four prizes will be awarded in total, with one unique winner per prize, resulting in four different winners.
The prizes are: a professional couple photo session inside the shopping centre (2 hours) plus a €200 Gift Card to be used in Zenia Boulevard stores (1 winner); one night’s accommodation with breakfast for two at Hotel La Laguna (1 winner); a spa experience for two at Hotel La Laguna (1 winner); a second spa experience for two at Hotel La Laguna (1 winner).
A total of four prizes will be drawn for four different people.
FINAL DRAW CONDITIONS
The draw will take place once the promotion has ended.
Zenia Boulevard will contact the winners using the details provided by the participant.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours from the first contact attempt, a new draw will be held among the eligible participants until the prize is correctly awarded.
Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Only one participation per member per day will be allowed.
A total of 255 prizes will be distributed; the promotion will end once all vouchers have been redeemed.
The stand will close when prizes run out.
Prizes may not be exchanged for others.
Participants must be over 18 years of age.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Any participant who does not honestly comply with the requirements will be disqualified.
Any indication of fraud or improper behaviour will result in disqualification.
Participants must accept the assignment of image rights in order to participate.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Zenia Boulevard reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or the promotion dates.
The promotion will run while stocks last.
The shopping centre may replace prizes with others of equivalent value.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any declaration of non-acceptance will result in the participant’s exclusion, and Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will be released from any obligation it may have incurred with the participant.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify the conditions or rules of this draw at any time, including its possible cancellation before the campaign closing date, provided there are justified reasons.
For record purposes, the participant authorises the Community of Property Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre to publish their name, surname and image on the shopping centre’s website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or other social networks, without this use entitling them to any remuneration or benefit other than the prize awarded.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
To participate in this promotion, no data other than that already existing as members of the CLUB ZENIA APP will be collected, in accordance with the following personal data protection information.
Data Controller: Community of Property Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre.
Purpose of processing: management of participants registered in promotions, competitions and events organised by the centre; allocation, communication and delivery of prizes; sending offers, promotions and newsletters from the centre, provided the participant has given consent; image capture for internal use; publication of data, including images, on the shopping centre’s website, Facebook and/or other social networks and external media, provided the participant has given consent.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject.
Data communication: data will not be transferred to third parties. Service providers acting as data processors may access the data under the corresponding contracts.
Data retention: data will be retained until the participant requests to unsubscribe from the CLUB ZENIA APP. If consent has been given for commercial communications and/or image publication, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer of interest to the centre.
Data subject rights: right to withdraw consent at any time; right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and restriction or objection to processing; right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).

Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion and/or draw at any time for justified reasons and may declare the promotion void.
Participants declare that they have a good public image and social behaviour and agree to maintain it. Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre may withdraw any advertising in which the winner appears in the event of improper conduct or image.
