We are celebrating European Breastfeeding Week with a series of activities designed to support families in this important stage of parenting.

European Breastfeeding Week

1. Roundtables with experts in breastfeeding and parenting, where key issues for the wellbeing of mothers and their babies will be addressed.
2. Face painting and tattoos for the little ones, because while the adults learn, the little ones enjoy themselves too!
3. Informative talks by professionals on the benefits of breastfeeding and support for families.
4. With the Special Participation of Lazos de Crianza
5. The association Lazos de Crianza will be an essential part of the event, contributing its experience and knowledge in supporting families during all stages of parenting. This association's mission is to promote women's wellbeing after motherhood and to offer vital resources for parenting, equality and breastfeeding support.

• Isabel Baño - Midwife supervisor of the delivery room at Torrevieja Hospital and IBCLC.
• Aurora Peñalver - Paediatrician specialising in the early years and breastfeeding (IBCLC).
• Nancy Cárcamo - Primary care midwife, master in breastfeeding and IBCLC.
• Maritina García - Paediatric physiotherapist, lactation consultant and IBCLC.
• The acronym IBCLC refers to internal accreditation.
