TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION “EASTER EGGS AND BUNNIES 2026”
The Community of Owners of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, located at C/ Jade nº 2, Orihuela Costa (03189, Alicante), Tax ID H-54722673, organizes the promotion called “EASTER EGGS AND BUNNIES 2026”.
1. SCOPE AND DURATION
The promotion will take place from March 28 to April 6, 2026 (inclusive), or while stocks last.
Participation must take place at the Information Point during its regular opening hours.
2. PARTICIPATION
All natural persons over 18 years old may participate, provided they meet the following requirements:
Be or become a member of the Loyalty Club or Employee Club of the Shopping Centre.
Present a receipt or set of receipts from purchases made in any Zenia Boulevard store for a minimum total amount of €50.
Receipts must be dated between March 28 and April 6, 2026.
3. ENTRIES
Every €50 spent entitles the participant to 1 entry.
Example:
50 € = 1 entry
100 € = 2 entries
150 € = 3 entries
Etc.
Customers may participate as many times as they wish, provided they meet the required amounts, up to a maximum of €200.
4. RECEIPT VALIDATION
Receipts will be stamped by the Information Point staff and may not be reused in this or any other simultaneous promotion.
Receipts must be original, complete, and legible.
Receipts from ATMs, banks, lotteries, gift cards, phone top-ups or similar will not be accepted.
5. PROMOTIONAL GIFTS
Each entry entitles the participant to one gift (while supplies last), to choose from:
1 of the 250 chocolate bunnies
1 of the 250 chocolate eggs
Additionally:
50 units include a €15 Shopping Centre Gift Card prize.
These prize units are hidden inside the chocolate or delivered randomly.
Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
6. DISQUALIFICATIONS
Participants will be disqualified if they:
Do not meet participation requirements.
Attempt to participate fraudulently or engage in improper conduct.
Refuse to grant image rights if required for the proper execution of the promotion.
7. DATA PROTECTION AND IMAGE RIGHTS
Participation implies acceptance of the processing of personal data and, where applicable, images taken, in accordance with current regulations and solely for managing the promotion.
8. MODIFICATIONS
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre reserves the right to:
Modify or cancel these terms at any time if necessary.
Replace gifts with others of equal or greater value if required.
End the promotion early if gifts run out.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation implies full acceptance of these terms. Any refusal will result in exclusion.
The Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time for justified reasons.
Participants authorize the publication of their name, surname, and image on the Centre’s website and social media without compensation, except for the prize obtained.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
No additional data will be collected beyond those already registered in the CLUB ZENIA APP.

Purpose: Management of participants, prize allocation and delivery, sending promotions (with consent), internal image use, and publication (with consent).

FINAL PROVISIONS
The Shopping Centre may modify or cancel the promotion, declare it void, or remove promotional content if the winner behaves improperly.
