A solidarity event to inform, support, and celebrate life
On February 4, Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre will once again beat strongly for a great cause, joining World Cancer Day for another year—the international day dedicated to cancer awareness, prevention, and the fight against cancer. This solidarity event, organised together with The Pink Ladies, reflects the shopping centre’s genuine commitment to its community and to collective wellbeing.
This gathering is driven by a clear goal: to inform, raise awareness, and support. Because talking about prevention saves lives, and reminding people of the importance of early detection is more necessary than ever. This year’s message says it all: “Early detection saves lives – Get screened now!”
Throughout the day, visitors will be able to access useful information about prevention, learn first-hand about the work of the association, and take part in an event designed to honour patients, families, and professionals who demonstrate admirable strength every single day.
Event Programme – February 4
Time: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
12:00 pm – Solidarity welcome
Official opening of the event alongside The Pink Ladies & Pink Panthers, leaders in emotional support and awareness, who have been working hand in hand with the community for years.
3:00 pm – Minute of silence
A deeply moving moment to pay tribute to all those who have lost their lives to cancer. A gesture of respect, unity, and shared remembrance.
Throughout the day – Charity performances
Music will be the great ally of the day, with live performances by local artists and the collaboration of Simon Morton, creating a warm, positive atmosphere full of hope.
Because together we are stronger
Come along, get informed, share, and be part of a day where solidarity, empathy, and music come together for a cause that affects us all.
This February 4, we look forward to welcoming you at Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre.
