Socially responsible management

Shopping Centers play a relevant role in our environment and in the life of the population and an active responsibility is increasingly demanded of us that is translated into concrete actions with which the customer can feel identified. A sustainable, highly efficient and respectful management is key and this is what our tenants and our end customer tell us.

The application of our methodology has meant a very important step in the dynamics of continuous improvement in the management of our shopping centers, which we have been developing since 2008, when an Integrated Management System was implemented for the first time.

We currently have an integrated management system for Quality, Environment, Safety and Health at work and ethical and socially responsible management.

The objective of Nhood is to continue working to project our philosophy and experience in sustainability towards new challenges, which allow us to continue responding to our commitment to customers and to society.
