The K-Pop Fest Competition will take place at 6:30 pm on Saturday, 11 July 2026, on the Main Stage. The competition will be organised under a single category.
Participants will be selected in order of registration. Should places remain available, on-site registrations will be accepted on the day of the competition, up to one hour before it begins.
The maximum number of places available in the competition is 30. Any registrations received after this limit will be placed on a waiting list, with a maximum of 5 reserve places.
A participant may not be part of more than one group or perform more than once.
Changes to the song selected for the performance will not be accepted. The song stated on the registration form will be considered final.
Participants who wish to project images must combine the music and video into a single MP4 file. It is mandatory for participants using this format to have their file checked. The backup USB must be handed to the event staff during attendance check-in at 5:30 pm.
To avoid any issues or technical difficulties when uploading files, participants are advised to bring a USB drive in an envelope labelled with their name, containing the music to be performed in either MP3 or MP4 format.
Participants must be at the stage 45 minutes before the competition begins in order to confirm their attendance. Any group or individual participant not present by 5:30 pm will automatically lose their place, which will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
The use of products that may pose a danger to attendees, such as pyrotechnic materials, is strictly prohibited. Participants may not dirty the stage or scatter objects that require cleaning.
The use of weapons, blunt objects or replicas that could be mistaken for real weapons, as well as any items that may endanger people’s physical safety, is prohibited during performances. The consumption of alcohol, cigarettes or any other substances during the performance is also prohibited.
Any person who causes disturbances involving the organisation, judges or other participants, either in person or online, will be banned from taking part.
No microphones will be provided. All audio must be prepared in advance.
Any participant who fails to comply with the competition rules, venue safety measures or any of the conditions detailed herein will be disqualified without exception.
Images taken during the competition may be used by the organisation without any financial compensation to participants.
These rules may be modified at any time before the day of the competition, according to the needs of the organisation. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
Participants selected for the competition will be notified via their contact email address once registrations have closed.
They will have 48 hours to confirm their place by email. Otherwise, the place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
K-Pop songs or remixes of K-Pop songs will be accepted, with the genre understood as songs performed and danced by artists who promote in South Korea.
Up to 20% of the performance may consist of non-Korean music or original choreography created by the group or solo performer.
Performances must last no less than 1 minute and 30 seconds and must not exceed 5 minutes, without exception. An additional 5-second margin will be allowed only where necessary to complete the performance.
There will also be a Random Play Dance session. Please check the timetable for further details.
