ENVIRONMENTAL BINGO TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ZENIA BOULEVARD
ENVIRONMENTAL BINGO
The Owners’ Association of Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, with registered office at C/ Jade nº2, Orihuela Costa, 03189 Alicante, and Tax ID H-54722673, organises the promotion “ENVIRONMENTAL BINGO”.
1. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The promotion will take place at Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, located in Orihuela Costa, Alicante.
2. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The activity will take place on Saturday, 6 June 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Bingo cards will be handed out from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., or while stocks last.
3. OBTAINING BINGO CARDS
Participation is free of charge. To obtain bingo cards, participants must:
• Be a member of, or sign up for, the Zenia Boulevard Loyalty Club.
• Present purchase receipts from the same day, 6 June 2026, from any shop or stand in the shopping centre.
Conditions:
• Minimum spend: €50
• For purchases of €50: 1 bingo card
• For purchases over €50: up to 2 bingo cards
• Maximum: 2 bingo cards per person and per round
Bingo cards will be handed out at the stand set up next to the stage in Plaza Mayor.
4. GAME ROUNDS
Between 4 and 6 games will be played, differentiated by bingo card colour:
• 1st round: dark blue
• 2nd round: orange
• 3rd round: green
• 4th round: pink
• 5th round: light blue
• 6th round: purple
Each round will have 50 numbered bingo cards, from 1 to 50.
The cards will only be valid for their corresponding round.
The cards for each round will be handed out during the previous round, while stocks last.
5. GAME MECHANICS
Only people over the age of 18 may participate. Participants may be asked to provide their ID card or an equivalent identification document.
During each game, the following prizes will be awarded:
• LINE: 5 numbers marked in the same horizontal line
• BINGO: all numbers on the card marked
Only the first line and the first bingo of each game will be awarded.
Prizes:
• Line: medium-sized plant
• Bingo: large plant
In the event of a tie, with several simultaneous winners, the prize will be decided by a draw. A ball will be drawn for each participant, and the winner will be the person with the highest number.
Winners may continue participating in the following rounds provided they have valid bingo cards.
6. PRIZE DELIVERY
Prizes will be handed out immediately during the event.
Winners must:
• Be present
• Go up to the stage for card validation
The organisation may request the winner’s identification.
Prizes:
• Cannot be exchanged for money
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged or compensated in any other way
7. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate, it is necessary to:
• Be over 18 years of age
• Comply with all the conditions set out in these terms and conditions
The following are excluded from participation:
• Zenia Boulevard employees
• Staff of shops, stands or kiosks within the shopping centre
8. CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION
The organisation reserves the right to exclude any participant who:
• Acts fraudulently
• Falsifies data or receipts
• Breaches these terms and conditions
• Collects or uses third-party receipts without authorisation
Any improper behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
9. LIABILITY
The organisation shall not be held responsible for incidents beyond its control that may affect the running of the promotion.
Likewise, it reserves the right of admission.
10. MODIFICATIONS
The organisation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as the prizes or the mechanics of the promotion, at any time and for justified reasons.
11. TAXATION
The prizes will be subject to the applicable tax regulations in force.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
